How do I book a stand for the Baby & Beyond Bazaar?
You can book a stand directly through the "Book a Stand" page, select your preferred stand option, and complete the online registration form. Once your payment is processed, the stand will be allocated to you.
What are the different stand options and their prices?
We offer two types of stands: the corner stand and the regular stand. The corner stand provides additional floor space for larger items, such as bigger toys or racks for hanging clothes. Pricing and details for each option are available on the booking page. Please note that the regular stand does not allow any additional objects, such as racks.
What is included with my stand (tables, chairs)?
Each stand comes with a table and two chairs. If you booked a corner stand, you can bring your own clothing rack.
What times am I expected to be at my stand for setup and breakdown?
Vendors can set up their stands on the day of the event from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, when the bazaar opens to visitors. The bazaar will end at 4:00 PM, after which you can start packing your items. Leaving earlier is not permitted.
What payment methods do you accept for booking a stand?
We accept Ideal, credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for stand bookings. Payment details will be provided during the checkout process.
Can I choose the location of my stand?
Yes, absolutely! Upon registration, you can choose your preferred stand on the "Book a Stand" page.
Are there any restrictions on the types of products I can sell?
Yes, only baby and children-related products or services are allowed. Items that are hazardous, illegal, or not suitable for children will not be permitted.
Can I cancel my stand booking?
Absolutely! We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your stand booking, just let us know. To receive a full refund, please cancel at least 7 days before the event. If it's after that, don't worry—you'll still get a partial refund of 50%. You can easily cancel by sending us an email or using our contact form. We're here to help!
Is there any on-site assistance for vendors during the event?
Yes, absolutely, we have a dedicated team on-site to assist vendors with setup, and any other needs throughout the day.
